The best concert I have ever attended was Santiago Gets Louder festival. It took place in an old hangar in the commune of Cerrillos in 2015. This festival, not very well known and promoted by the media, can easily be classified as the best rock festival of the decade in Chile.

                                      

 

This festival, in keeping with its name, which brought together different world-renowned rock and metal bands, such as Faith no more, System of a down, etc., included two main stages side by side. Thus, while the presentation of a group finished, the next band began in the next stage. The festival took place on a Sunday and lasted from 12am to 10pm.

                                              

            

 I had the intention of going to see my 2 two favorite bands in their genre: Gojira and Deftones, and I was very satisfied with their presentations. I arrived around 3pm just in time to see the band called Gojira and then Deftones. Despite having more than 40 thousand people gathered, I was able to be very close to the stage.
